Our Rights
The Services are protected by U.S. and foreign copyright, trademark and other laws. These terms do not grant you any right, title or interest in the Services, other users’ content, our trademarks, logos or other brand features, intellectual property or trade secrets or the content of others on the Services. We reserve the rights, which we may exercise at any time in our sole discretion and without liability or notice (except where prohibited by applicable law): (a) we may change any or all of the Services and their functionality; (b) we may suspend or discontinue parts or all of the Services; (c) we may terminate, suspend, restrict or disable your access to or use of parts or all of the Services; (d) we may terminate, suspend, restrict or disable access to your Membership or portions thereof, some or all of your sites; and we may change our eligibility criteria for using the Services (and if such changes in eligibility criteria are prohibited by law in your place of residence, we may revoke your right to use the Services in that jurisdiction).
Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our Services. By using our Services, you consent to our use of such data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We respond to notices of claims of copyright infringement if they comply with the law. We reserve the right to remove or disable allegedly infringing content, and to terminate the Accounts of repeat infringers without refund.
Services
Services will remain in effect until cancelled or terminated in accordance with the Terms. You may cancel membership at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services. All fees do not include applicable federal, provincial, state, local or other taxes, unless explicitly stated otherwise. You are responsible for all applicable taxes and we will collect taxes from you in addition to the charges for the Services when required. Although our affiliation is free of charge, it is important for the affiliate to know that he/she must respect the regular channel, as all transactions must be done through our platform. If the operations are performed outside the MW International SAS platform, the success of the operation is not guaranteed, nor the respective payments of the parties.
Cancellation
You may stop using and cancel your Membership and Services at any time by sending an email to info@elitenutrition.com. We reserve the right to change, suspend, discontinue, discontinue, cancel, restrict or disable your use of or access to any or all of the Services or their functionality at any time, in our sole discretion and without prior notice. Those services will be marked as beta, preview or early access, and may still contain software bugs, be interrupted and not function as expected or intended.
